If you are currently a seller with Fabrication you can access the knowledgebase by signing into your knowledge base account.
If you haven't yet received your sign in details please open a ticket and select the "knowledge base registration" help topic.

You will be asked for basic details and for email verification in order to finalise access to the knowledge base this should only take a couple of minutes. 

Once you have access you will see a menu link to the knowledge base at the top of this page.

If you are wanting to know more about us and  learn how you can apply to be a seller please open a support ticket and select the "apply to be a seller" help topic.

Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
Please note:  A valid email address is required in order to submit a ticket.
Our support system is staffed voluntarily by members of fabrication you may not receive an immediate response but we will endeavour to get back to you as quickly as we can.
